What people ask before they buy.
What is Enatic?
Enatic is India's first AI pendant — a small piece of jewellery worn on a chain that listens when you ask it to, understands what you said, remembers it, and answers questions about your own day. It costs ₹4,999 and ships from October 2026.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The wake word runs on the pendant itself, and speech recognition, memory and answers run on your phone using on-device models. No network is needed for the core product. When you're online and choose to allow it, Enatic can send a single question to a larger model for a better answer — never your recordings.
Is it always recording everything around me?
No. Enatic listens for its wake word or a press of the button, and only then captures. A light on the front is visible to everyone in the room whenever it's capturing. And a contact sensor in the bail means the microphone has no power at all when the pendant isn't being worn — a physical interlock, not a software setting.
Which languages does it understand?
Indian English and Hindi at launch, including sentences that mix the two the way people actually speak. More Indian languages follow, built on Indic speech models rather than models trained mainly on American English.
Where is my data stored?
On your own phone, encrypted. There is no Enatic account and no cloud library of your recordings. Audio becomes text on your device and is then destroyed — we have no way to read what you've said.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy the pendant once at ₹4,999 and the software is included for the life of the device. A subscription on a device that hears your life is the wrong relationship to have with you.
How long does the battery last?
A full day of ordinary use — around 10 hours of active capture, or several days of standby. It charges on the magnetic dock in about 45 minutes.
Which phones does it work with?
Android 10 and above, and iOS 16 and above. Enatic is designed to run well on a 4 GB Android phone, not only on flagships — that was a design constraint from day one, not an afterthought.
Can it measure my heart rate?
Enatic reads your breathing and movement from the chest, which is where a pendant is genuinely good. Optical heart rate needs firm, still skin contact that a pendant on a chain can't promise, so we'd rather give you a signal that's honest than a number that looks precise and isn't.
When does it ship, and what do I pay now?
October 2026, and nothing today. The waitlist is free. Members are invited to order in the order they joined, at ₹4,999, before general availability.

Privacy policy
Enatic is built so that we hold as little of your information as possible. This policy explains the little we do hold.
What the pendant and app collect
Nothing reaches us. Audio captured by the pendant is converted to text on your own phone and the audio is then deleted. The resulting text, and the memory index built from it, stay encrypted on your phone. Enatic has no user account, no cloud library of recordings, and no technical means of reading what you have said.
If you turn on the optional online answer feature, a single question and the short extract needed to answer it are sent to a language-model provider for that one request. Your recordings are never sent. Each such request is written to a log inside the app that you can read and clear.
What this website collects
- Waitlist: the email address you give us, and the date you gave it. That is all.
- Correspondence: anything you write to us by email, kept while we deal with it.
We use your email only to tell you when your place in the founding batch is ready and when the product ships. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to our Grievance Officer at contact@enatic.shop and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Retention
Waitlist emails are deleted 12 months after launch, or immediately on request. Order records are kept for as long as tax and warranty law requires.
Children
Enatic is not sold to, or intended for, anyone under 18.

Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy an Enatic pendant in India.
The waitlist is not an order
Joining the waitlist costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and reserves nothing but your place in the queue. No contract exists until you place an order, pay, and we confirm it in writing.
Price and taxes
₹4,999 for the founding batch, inclusive of GST, for delivery within India. The price after general availability is ₹6,999. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment and dispatch
Payment is taken when you order. Founding-batch orders are dispatched in the order they were placed, from October 2026. If dispatch is going to be later than we told you, we will write to you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Title and risk
The pendant becomes yours, and risk passes to you, on delivery to the address you gave us.
Software
The companion app is licensed to you, not sold, for use with your pendant. The licence lasts as long as the device and costs nothing further. We may change or improve features over time; we will not remove a feature you paid for without offering a refund proportionate to its value.
What we do not promise
Enatic is a consumer wellness and productivity device. It is not a medical device, not a certified emergency-response system, and not a substitute for calling emergency services. Speech recognition is not perfect and you should not rely on it where an error would be serious. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the device; nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Warranty
Every Enatic pendant carries a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, serviced in India. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — it does not replace them.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the pendant, dock or cable
- Component failure under ordinary use
- The battery, if it falls below 70% of its rated capacity within two years
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or immersion beyond the rated water resistance
- Normal cosmetic wear — scratches on the case, chain or lens
- Damage from opening the device, or repair by anyone we did not authorise
- The chain, which is a wear item, beyond the first 6 months
How to claim
Write to contact@enatic.shop with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange free pickup within India. If the fault is covered, we repair or replace the device and return it to you at no cost, usually within 10 working days of receiving it. If we cannot repair or replace it, we refund you in full.

Returns & refunds
If Enatic is not for you, send it back. You have 14 days from delivery, for any reason or none.
Conditions
- The pendant is in resalable condition — used is fine, damaged is not
- Everything it came with is in the box: chain, dock, cable, packaging
- Founding-batch pieces with custom engraving can be returned only if faulty
How it works
Write to contact@enatic.shop with your order number. We send a prepaid pickup label — return shipping within India is free. Once the device reaches us and passes a condition check, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund, by emailing us. Nothing is deducted.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it immediately at our cost. This sits outside the 14-day window and outside the warranty claim process.
